Our renewal programs are based on Breathing Space’s holistic approach to  Body, Mind and Spirit recovery. So, in addition to working through various issues that may have arisen with qualified counselors and staff, there will be a full program of activities including adventures and excursions, massage and meditation. All meals are included and we see to it that you feel safe and comfortable in our idyllic mountain retreat.

At The Renewal Center, we revisit the areas you feel are beginning to have effects in your life, with a wealth of experience and proven methods, which are personally tailored to each or our guest’s individual needs. We have 7, 14 or 21 day programs on offer.

Breathing space  renewal programs are designed for people who are already into recovery and are not appropriate for people with less than 60 days clean, sober or free from their addiction.
